Deepsea Technologies operates an ISO 9001-2015 certified test and assembly facility. The facility has a climate controlled area for inventory and quality control. The shop can perform hydrostatic test of hot stabs and receptacles, ROV Panels and other subsea hardware and equipment up to 22,500 psi.  The shop has assembled and tested hydraulic/electrical systems such as IWOCS and MPD reels/HPUs, Umbilical Termination Assemblies and subsea manifolds. Specialty welding capabilities enable the design and fabrication of Subsea Flying Leads.  The shop has two overhead cranes with a total 60-ton capacity and has a size of 14,000 sq. ft.

Fabrication services are housed in two separate buildings with a total of 21,000 sq. ft. The welding facility is National Board registered with an ASME U stamp and a National Board R stamp. It is fully competent to meet the demanding requirements for offshore structures and qualified in GTAW, GMAW, FCAW and SAW welding processes with experience in carbon, stainless steels and super duplex. There are 5 overhead cranes with capacity up to 40 tons.

Coating processes are performed on premises in a 14,000 Sq. Ft, temperature-controlled facility. Items are sandblasted within a 5,000 sq. ft. enclosed facility. The operations performed meet the stringent requirements of the offshore industry for heavy duty epoxy, enamels and urethanes.  The facility has a NACE Level 1 certified quality inspection department that checks each step throughout the coating process and provides documentation to the client for each project.
