Deepsea Technologies has an established 20-year track record of providing quality equipment that meets or exceeds industry and client specifications and a proven and effective HSE program that conducts ongoing training of staff to ensure a safe working environment.

Deepsea Technologies’s Quality and HSE programs have been audited by the Company’s customers including major and independent operating companies as well as oilfield equipment and service companies.

As part of the continuous improvement process DTI has implemented a new ERP system which has been operational since January 2020.

Deepsea Technologies will provide products and services that meet the customer’s needs and provides them with value. DTI provides the best possible product and service to its customers by having well-trained employees and the effective implementation of this Quality Management System.

It is the Quality Policy of Deepsea Technologies to:

• Operate in a safe, consistent, and economical manner
• Maintain conformance to the documented QMS, including the applicable industry codes, standards, and/or specifications and customer specified requirements
• Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Prevent nonconformities at all stages of design and manufacturing by implementing the requirements of this manual and supporting procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide an environment of continual improvement
• Monitor and periodically review the QMS, including stated objectives and this Policy for suitability and effectiveness

Top Management will communicate this Quality Policy throughout DTI and ensure that it is understood. DTI is committed to continual improvement in providing quality products and services that comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
